Teaching
Learning strategy by making sense of real decisions.
Daisy’s teaching approach connects rigorous ideas with the ambiguity of business practice, helping students become active, reflective participants in their own learning.
Teaching philosophy
Theory becomes useful when students can question it.
Daisy believes students learn best when they are actively engaged and encouraged to connect theory with practice. Cases, debates, and role-playing exercises create room to test assumptions, weigh competing interpretations, and communicate decisions.
International and Asian business contexts bring strategic concepts closer to contemporary realities. In executive settings, she aims to facilitate peer learning; in undergraduate settings, she uses current events and professional experience to make concepts tangible. Across formats, the goal is an inclusive classroom where students can think independently and learn to manage ambiguity.
